We don’t. We bring the showroom to you! We believe our mobile showroom makes us more accesible to customers and offers a personliazed, convenient shopping experience right from your own home.
WHAT IS YOUR SALES TAX?
Since we are based in Arlington Heights, IL, our sales tax for instate purchases is 10% on our products.
WHY BUY FROM CHICAGO GRILL COMPANY INSTEAD OF THE INTERNET?
We offer an 18 month guarantee on all of our products. If the customer has any issue with their grill, we have a policy for a free service call to correct the issue. In addition, we will take care of any warranty paperwork that would be required. If you have a problem, we are close by to solve it.
HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON THE BRANDS OF GRILLS TO CARRY?
Chicago Grill Company’s staff has years of experience with over 50 different grill brands. We have carefully selected each brand of grill based on SERVICEABILITY, LONGEVITY, WARRANTY, VALUE, FUNCTIONALITY & VISUAL APPEAL. In addition, we have come up with a diverse range of grills with unique capabilities to suit each customer.
HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON $1,000 AS THE STARTING PRICE POINT OF YOUR GRILLS?
Chicago Grill Company was founded on the basis of selling quality. Often times, less expensive grill brands do not meet our quality standards. We find that they aren’t built to last, especially when factoring in chicago weather. A large percentage of our sales are to customers who are building grill islands. When building a grill island, you need a grill that is going to last 20+ years. The structure is built around this grill and is not something that can be replaced every few years.
DOES CHICAGO GRILL COMPANY HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO COOK IN THE MOBILE SHOWROOM?
We wish we could but at this time we cannot. We are hopeful that we may be able to provide this feature at a later date.
WILL YOU INSTALL A GRILL NOT PURCHASED FROM CHICAGO GRILL COMPANY?
We will not install any grills that are not purchased from us. However, if you need a natural gas line run, our parent company,
Chicago Gas Lines, can install your gas line. We also will service a grill not purchased from us for a fee starting at $129.
WHERE WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We will travel anywhere within a 50 mile radius of chicago for service and installation. However, for sales, due to the size of the mobile showroom, some areas may be restricted.
